Shell Material: The pool shell is constructed of Concrete. The pool shell is constructed of Fiberglass. The pool shell is constructed of Wood. The pool shell is constructed of Stainless Steel. The pool shell is constructed of Plastic. Shell Observations: The pool shell was inspected and appeared to be in New or Like New condition. Recommendation: The pool shell should be visually inspected regularly (ideally daily), particularly when the pool is being serviced or when the pool floor is being swept. There should not be any damage or cracks in the shell. A professional Pool Contractor should perform seasonal inspections to insure the integrity and condition of the shell. The pool shell was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. Recommendation: The pool shell should be visually inspected regularly (ideally daily), particularly when the pool is being serviced or when the pool floor is being swept. There should not be any damage or cracks in the shell. A professional Pool Contractor should perform seasonal inspections to insure the integrity and condition of the pool shell. The pool shell is Cracked in one or more places. Leaks may occur or may be present. Recommendation: Client may want to consult a professional Pool Contractor to assess these cracks and make any necessary repairs. This is orange
