Recommendation: Client may want to consult a Qualified Roofer in Your Area to fix these gaps. He can also determine whether the roof is in need of repair or replacement. Trees or Vegetation Overhang the roof surface in a close vertical proximity. This condition may allow debris to collect on the roof surface and or wood destroying insects to come in contact with the roof surface. Dead branches may also fall onto the roof surface, causing a hole or leak.

The flashing is Missing in one or more areas. Flashing should be installed at all wall and roof intersections, areas where the roof surface changes slope, and around all roof penetrations such as skylights, sewer vents and chimneys. One or more of the gutters are missing. This can result in erosion or premature aging of the exterior wall covering from water running directly down the side of the structures exterior surface. Accumulated water is a conducive condition to wood destroying insects, mold, mildew and other organisms.
