Fuel: The fuel used to power the air conditioning system is Electric. Delivery Method: The method of delivery for the cooling is Forced Air through a Duct System. Thermostat Location: The thermostat controlling the air conditioning system was located in the Living Room. A/C Observations: The cooling system was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. When operated using normal controls, the cooling system functioned normally. Recommendation: Change filter at regular intervals based on the usage of the system.
DUCTING
Ducting Material: The ducting material is Flex Duct. Ducting Observations: The duct system was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. Recommendation: Keep vent openings free from obstructions and change filter at regular intervals based on the usage of the system.
TEMPERATURE DIFFERENTIAL
When measured, the temperature differential was between 14 and 20 degrees Fahrenheit. This is within normal operating temperature parameters. Recommendation: Monitor and Maintain. An annual system check and tune up should be performed by a Qualified HVAC Technician in your Area to extend the life of the equipment.
