ELECTRIC SERVICE
A thorough inspection of the service line was restricted because the the service is provided by a lateral connection which means the electric is provided through an Underground Conduit Which Could Not Be Seen by the inspector. Supply Means: The electrical service to this structure is supplied via an Underground Lateral Connection.
METER BOX

Amperage: The amperage rating of the meter box is 200 amps. Observations: The meter was inspected and is in Average condition. The meter box is adequately sized for the dwelling. The meter appeared to be securely attached to the house, sealed and adequately grounded. Recommendation: There are no concerns are noted at this time and no immediate repairs are needed.
MAIN DISCONNECT
The main disconnect was inspected and is in Average condition. It is securely attached to the structure and appeared to be professionally installed.
Recommendation: The are no concerns at this time.
SERVICE PANEL

Amperage: The amperage rating of the service panel is 225 Amps Amps. Observations: The electrical panel appeared to be in Average condition. All breakers are clearly marked and appear to be installed by a professional. The panel is also correctly bonded and grounded where necessary. Recommendation: The are no concerns at this time.
BONDS & GROUNDS
No unbonded components, open grounds, or missing ground were observed when inspecting the electrical system.
BRANCH WIRING
Branch Wiring Type: The branch circuits a ran using Romex. Branch Wiring Observations: The branch circuits appear to be in Average condition. Recommendation: There are no concerns at this time.
RECEPTACLES
The inspector tested representative number of receptacles. It appeared that the equipment is in Average condition and correctly installed. Also, all GFCI receptacles and GFCI circuit breakers were tested. Power was present on all GFCI receptacles. The polarity and grounding was correct. The GFCI outlets tripped when tested. Recommendation: There are no concerns at this time. When tested by the inspector, one or more of the GFCI outlets did not trip. This is a potential shock hazard. Recommendation: The client may want to consult a Qualified Electrician in Your Area who can replace the faulty GFCIs. When the receptacles were tested, one or more of the outlets Hot and Neutral Wires Were Reversed. This is a potential shock hazard.

LIGHT SWITCHES
The inspector tested representative number of switches and it appeared that all equipment is was operable and in Average condition. Recommendation: The are no concerns at this time.
LIGHT FIXTURES
The inspector tested representative number of light fixtures and it appeared that all equipment is was operable and in Average condition. Recommendation: The are no concerns at this time.
