Driveway Material: The driveway is mainly covered with Poured in Place Concrete. Driveway Observations: Minor cracks were found on the surface of the driveway. This is average wear and tear. They do not appear to be a major concern at this time and do not seem to pose a trip hazard.

Recommendation: At this time no repairs are necessary, but the client may want to monitor these cracks so they do not progress into trip hazards.
SIDEWALK

Sidewalk Material: The sidewalk is mainly covered with Poured in Place Concrete. Sidewalk Observations: The sidewalk located at the property was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. Some minor cracks and settlement were observed. There is no reason for any concern at this time. Recommendation: Monitor for signs of settlement that may include cracks, sinking or heaving.
WALL COVERING
Wall Covering Material: The majority of the propertys exterior walls are covered with Stucco. Wall Covering Observations: The exterior wall covering on the structure was inspected and is in Average condition, with minor signs of weathering. Recommendation: Monitor and maintain exterior wall covering for signs of rot, damage or deterioration that may increase with time.
EXTERIOR FINISH
The finish and/or paint on the exterior of the property was inspected and was found to be in Average condition with normal signs of weathering. Recommendation: No repairs are necessary at this time, but the client should monitor for signs of peeling paint and/or deteriorating caulk and sealant.
FRONT DOOR

Front Door Material: The front door is a Solid Core Steel door. Front Door Observations: The front door was inspected and no defects or concerns were observed. The door apears to be in Average condition. Recommendation: Monitor and maintain to extend service.
REAR DOOR

Rear Door Material: The rear door is a Glass Panel door. Rear Door Observations: The rear door was inspected and no defects or concerns were observed. The rear door is in Average condition. Recommendation: Monitor and maintain to extend service.
SCREEN DOOR

Screen Door Material: The screen door frame is made of Aluminum. Screen Door Observations: The screen door(s) were inspected and No Defects or concerns were observed. The screen door appeared to be in Average condition. Recommendation: Monitor and maintain to extend service.
PRIMARY WINDOWS
Primary Windows Material: The primary window frame material is Aluminum. Primary Windows Type: The primary window type is Sliders. The primary window type is Fixed. The primary window type is Single Hung. Primary Windows Observations: After a representative number of window were inspected, they were found to be in Average condition. There does not appear to major defects or issues to be concerned about at this time. Recommendation: At this time no repairs are necessary, but the client should monitor for signs of wear that may become evident with normal use and weathering.
FENCING
Fencing Material: The fencing located at the property is constructed of Chain Link. Fencing Observations: Fences and/or gates are Damaged and/or Deteriorated in some areas.

Recommendation: The client may want to contact a Qualified Contractor in Your Area to assess and make repairs to, or replace affected sections of fencing.
LANDSCAPING
The landscaping found to be in Average condition.
EXTERIOR ELECTRIC
The exterior electrical components were inspected and were found to be in Average condition. Recommendation: There are no concerns at this time.
HOSE BIB(s)
The hose bib(s) located on the exterior of the structure were inspected and were found to be in average condition. There were no signs of leaks. Operation was normal.
