This Home Inspection Report is color coded to aid in comprehension and navigation.
GENERAL INFORMATION
General Information is shown in Black Type with a White Background. This type that you are reading now would be categorized as General Information
NEW
If the inspector observes that a system or component of the dwelling is in New or Like New condition, the information will appear in Black Type with a Green Background.
AVERAGE
If the inspector believes that a system or component of the dwelling is in Average Condition, the information will appear in Black Type with a Blue Background.
FIX
If in the inspectors opinion, a system or component of the dwelling Should be Fixed, the inforamtion will appear in Black Type with an Orange Background.
REPLACE
If in the inspectors opinion, a system or component of the dwelling is in Need of Replacement, the information will be shown with Red Type on a Yellow Background.
DANGER
If in the inspectors opinion, a system or component of the dwelling poses an immediate Risk of Injury or Death to the occupants of a dwelling, the infomation will appear in Bold White Type on a Red Background.
RESTRICTED
In some cases a system or component may be Inaccessible because of stored items, hazardous conditions or other limitations. The inspector would catagorize this as Restricted. The information will appear with White Type on a Grey background.
NOT INSPECTED
When information appears with White Type on a Black Background, this means that the component or system was Not Inspected. The system or component is either not present at the dwelling or was not part of the inspection agreement.
