Pool Shape: The shape of the pool is Irregular. Shell Material: The pool shell is constructed of Concrete. Shell Observations: The pool shell was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. Recommendation: The pool shell should be visually inspected regularly (ideally daily), particularly when the pool is being serviced or when the pool floor is being swept. There should not be any damage or cracks in the shell. A professional Pool Contractor should perform seasonal inspections to insure the integrity and condition of the pool shell. Lining Material: The pool lining material is Pebble. Lining Observations: The pool liner was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. Recommendation: The pool liner should be visually inspected regularly (ideally daily), particularly when the pool is being serviced or when the pool floor is being swept. There should not be any damage, rips or cracks in the liner. A professional Pool Contractor should perform seasonal inspections to insure the pool liner is in good condition. Drain Observations: The main drain was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. Recommendation: The main drain should be visually inspected regularly (ideally daily), particularly when the pool is being serviced or when the pool floor is being swept. There should not be any damage, clogging or cracks at the drain cover. A professional Pool Contractor should perform seasonal inspections to insure the pool and equipment are functioning properly. Skimmer Observations: The skimmer was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. Recommendation: The skimmer should be visually inspected regularly (ideally daily), particularly when the pool is being serviced or when the pool floor is being swept. There should not be any damage, clogging or cracks at the skimmer. A professional Pool Contractor should perform seasonal inspections to insure the pool and equipment are functioning properly. Pump Observations: The pump was inspected and appeared to be in Average condition. Recommendation: The pump should be visually inspected regularly (ideally daily), particularly when the pool is being serviced or when the pool floor is being swept.
